Don't waste your time. Available parking is for "resident's only," and we were informed we could only park at the train station, no matter that we had elderly folks and someone who is recovering from surgery and can't bare weight very long. Sent us up to Sunset beach. Don't waste your time there either.

Parking only available for residents. However if you park in the downtown area and walk it is worth it. Clean and relaxing beach

We drove there on a hot day off season. The parking lot was open. There was no indication that you needed a permit to park. Still were fined $125. Seems like an effort to keep the park available only to the rich and uptight residents of Lake Forest.

$10 to get in on weekends

What a peaceful and wonderful spot. My family has generations of history in this town and so it warms my heart to see this

What a gem! Great place to take the family and the lake views are incredible.
